Director & CEO

Edward has been with MCDI since 2014 as a director and part of the technical teams. He is an Organisational Development Expert and an HR generalist, richly endowed with over 25 years of practice in Africa. His experience spans across 12 African countries including Uganda, Somalia, Somaliland, Rwanda, The Gambia, Burundi, Liberia, South Sudan, Tanzania, Sudan, Lesotho, and Sierra Leone, serving over 50 organisations.
